Research materials: returns and refunds

This page summarises the returns provisions in our Terms and Conditions. Because of the sensitive nature of biological research materials, routine returns are generally excluded under those terms. Refund requests can be reviewed for incorrect products, damaged shipments or documented shipping problems. Mandatory legal rights are unaffected.

Report an order problem

Email info@purevenoms.com with your order number, the affected product and a description of the issue. Include relevant delivery information and photographs of the packaging where these can be obtained safely.

Before returning anything

Contact us before sending any biological material back. Request written instructions for your specific shipment; the business contact address is not an automatic return authorisation. Ask us to confirm the applicable procedure and refund arrangements for your order.
